Staff was fast, kind, and helpful when shipping a package out. In and out within 5 minutes, and staff helped answer all my questions. Thank you so much to the women who helped me today!

Had a really great experience at the South Boston location, especially thanks to Brandon Chu. He was friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. He answered all my questions and made the whole experience really easy. My box arrived at its final destination faster than expected and without any issues. I really appreciate Brandon going above and beyond to help. Highly recommend this location!

Local driver lies to DHL that our shop is closed and re-routes packages for delivery the next week to get home early. No signature required packages causing headaches with our customer who paid for next day delivery

I came in to ship a handful of packages internationally and initially had no idea what end was up. I can’t express how helpful Emily was—she was incredibly patient and kind with me and made the whole process so much more manageable than I could have ever expected. I rarely leave a review for anything but she deserved it!

Emily was extremely helpful and patient with me! She helped me pack up my items securely. Having family abroad I will definitely be back in the future for shipping!
