  i absolutely ADORE priscilla. i went a long time between visits & she remembered me from 6+ months ago! she is amazing at what she does. she’s kind, confident, & knowledgable. she’s taught me a lot about my brows yet has never made me feel small for not knowing things about myself before. i trust her completely

  I was being a bit of a creep lol. It touched my heart, to know people are that kind. What caught my attention was a young lady whom was quite tall doing someone’s brows in a wheelchair. It wasn’t that she was in a wheelchair, it was how the woman doing brows knelt down to accommodate. I love her work and pleasant demeanor so much, I booked an appointment. Let me just say, Pricilla has my business and her work is amazing! Thanks Pricilla!!!

  I love Benefit, but the girl working at this Macy’s counter is incredibly rude. Since we have a language barrier, I even left her a note before my appointment to help, but she complained it wasn't clear and didn't understand me. She gets angry if you arrive a few minutes early and dramatically calls other coworkers over to "explain" things to you. I gave her a second chance, but her attitude remains unprofessional.

  Priscilla was extremely professional and put me at ease immediately, as far as her confidence and skills. My experience was limited with eyebrow waxing, so I told her what I was hoping to achieve, since my knowledge was limited. I can only say she exceeded my expectations, and I walked out of Macy’s with a polished and professional look, one that is achieved by someone that knows how to listen to their customer and produce the desired results.
