  Wow. What an incredible experience. My car battery died while shopping as a single mom with my two small children. We walked the plaza from Cvs all the way to the store “advanced auto parts” at 700 Boston Road in Billerica mass. I never thought that they would be able to not only sell me a new battery at a good price but also install it right away, walk to my car, which was across the entire parking lot. The service was impeccable, the kindness of the employee who took us in and said he would help us (Angel) was above and beyond. He walked with us kindly all the way to our car, reassured my son who was afraid that everything would be OK that we would be home in no time and that he would be able to handle the situation. He was humble and polite. I am so grateful for this experience I just had with Angel at advanced auto parts at 700 Boston Road in Billerica, MA today. I would recommend the shop to anyone. 5 stars!!!

  I went in with a battery issue. Explained my problem to the counter person (Angel Roldan). He took the time to explain my options. He actually went above and beyond what I expected. I was already having a bad day with my car issues. It was good to see there are still people out here that provide good customer service. I will definitley make this location my go to. I reccomend it. -Billy D

  Were out of lawn mower battery and engine oil. Was told it was available when I called. Staff was helpful.

  I have always found the employees helpful but there was this guy in gray hair who is very rude.
