  Messiest UPS store I’ve ever seen. This store also reeks of cigarettes. The kind that heavy smokers can’t notice but everyone else can. Considering all the people saying the store is sometimes closed during posted store open hours, wouldn’t be surprised if there’s only 1 employee and he has to keep taking smoke breaks….

  This place does not honor store hours posted on Google or even their door. I dragged a very heavy box there only found out they are closed during business hours without notice. I went there at 11AM on Sunday, nobody was there. If your package is already labeled, go to UPS access point on Trapelo RD, inside CVS, the service is much reliable there.
