I ordered a ham and turkey protein pocket and asked for spinach instead of lettuce and was told the sandwich had to be made exactly as it was listed on the menu. I asked for mayo instead of honey mustard and I was refused that as well. Yet when I told him I didn’t want tomatoes, he didn’t offer to substitute another item. I was NOT allowed to customize my sandwich at all by the worst possible employee. The employee who waited on me was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with at a Subway and he didn’t look very clean either. I will NEVER go back to this Subway at 68-70 Auburn St, Auburn, MA!!!

I ordered a 6-inch tuna and was given an extremely small amount of tuna — so little it was basically a thin spread, like the amount of guacamole you’d add to a burger. The sandwich was mostly bread.
I politely asked if they could add a bit more tuna, and instead I was charged an extra $0.79 for a “deluxe” tuna. Even after that, there was barely any tuna on the sandwich.
Very disappointing experience and not what I expect when ordering a tuna sub.
