  Laurie at the Heights UPS is terrific and she has a fantastic team! They're all great and a special shout-out to Lanna who helped me send a quick test fax to my balky fax machine on Sunday and she refused to take any money. This UPS store is a treasured local resource and we are lucky & grateful to have them in the Heights neighborhood! Thanks again, Lanna!

  Service was okay, but I guess I caught them at a wrong time. The lady was yelling on the phone, and the guy seemed very frustrated and angry for some reason (he was slamming the computer mouse) and that made me nervous interacting with him.

  I always find what I need at this store! The staff is super helpful and friendly, making my shopping experience enjoyable every time. Plus, their prices on office supplies are hard to beat!

  This UPS has the most amazing staff, really. Every time, running the most mundane of the errands, I get a little sprinkle of joy and good vibes from them. Also super fast and efficient. Thank you guys!

  We went to our aunt’s (an artist) funeral in Arlington and were given some of her paintings. We had to transport them back home to Seattle. They were precious, even priceless to us as memories of our aunt. Laurie explained how she would pack the paintings, she explained the insurance and she tried to save us money while keeping them safe. They were shipped quickly and perfectly. Thank you!
