  So far beyond exceptional customer service that the phrase doesn’t come close. They restored my faith in humanity. I know how that sounds. I’m saying it anyway. I’ve been coming to this store for years and they have always over-delivered. Every single time. But there’s one recent visit I can’t stop telling people about. Torrential rain, and I had something that absolutely had to go out that day by air because many people were counting on it. I’d already been to two other places that told me they couldn’t do it. I got here barely at the wire, and that’s when I realized I’d left a key part of the package behind at the last place. Everybody works against the same deadlines. The difference here is that they held things up, insisted I could go back and get it and they would solve still getting it out by air that eve. The two people working, one of them the owner, could see how important it was to me and how desperate I was, and what they did was epic. Nothing I would ever have asked for. Honestly, nothing I would have imagined would or could be offered. I’m not saying this so anyone walks in expecting the same thing, because that wouldn’t be fair to them. I’m saying it because it’s just one more example of how they treat people - indicative of how they’ve always treated me and other customers, and clearer than ever: How they as individuals treat everyone. It went so far past anything the job asks for, and they didn’t know me from anybody. They did it out of pure kindness. That’s just who they are. And it wasn’t only the two of them. It affected other workers and likely cost something too. I’m grateful to every one of them and it’s clear the owner has done a phenomenal job hiring the same exceptional people. Again, No relation, nobody’s paying me. They took such good care of me as always. That kindness gave me hope and comfort, and it honestly made me well up on the ride home. Especially in times like these, it meant more to me than I can say. Thank you, all of you.

  I really appreciate the folks that work at this UPS store. They are incredibly helpful, efficient and understanding. thank you for all that you do!

  Went in with less than 5 mins before closing and was greeted with a smile and super helpful from Laurie to get my package all squared away.

  Laurie at the Heights UPS is terrific and she has a fantastic team! They're all great and a special shout-out to Lanna who helped me send a quick test fax to my balky fax machine on Sunday and she refused to take any money. This UPS store is a treasured local resource and we are lucky & grateful to have them in the Heights neighborhood! Thanks again, Lanna!
