  I consistently have an excellent experience at this UPS drop-off location. The staff is efficient, professional, and genuinely friendly, making every visit quick and hassle-free. They go out of their way to provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and ensuring packages are handled properly. If you're looking for a reliable and customer-focused UPS store, I highly recommend this location.

  Tom was very helpful and friendly in assisting me today with a return package to Amazon. His experience helped me to find the best solution to being able to package a return item to Amazon instead of saying we can’t ship it out like that/it’s too bulky. I really appreciate the help Tom, thank you!

  Kevin the proprietor is a great and very helpful small business owner. I know when I ship amplifiers and vacuum tubes, they at least start their journey in good hands to my customers.

  Always a pleasant experience when I visit the UPS Store in Andover. Keven, Nate and Tom are always welcoming and willing to assist with what ever needs I have. I also rent a mailbox at this location and when I ask them if I have anything, they don’t hesitate to check right away. I highly recommend anyone to check out their services. 😊 Rob
