  INCONSISTENT PORTIONS Exceptionally over priced and the portion sizes differ on who is making your order. Why am I paying $15 dollars for literally nothing. Horrible experience

  I placed an order on the Subway app. Buy one large, get one free. Picked it up, brought it home, unwrapped for dinner. It was terrible. The Steak Philly was nothing but the steak. No mayo, no cheese, no vegetables. The chicken bacon was nothing but chicken and 2 very small pieces of bacon. No cheese, no vegetables, no mayo. I called the Subway, provided my order number and name. I was told we could stop in and she'd remake them. We weren't going to drive 15 minutes down and back at 7 pm. The girl apologized and said she would talk with people working when my order was placed. Obviously somebody hasn't been very well trained. Why would anyone make the subs with just meat? I asked for a refund. She said she has to ask her manager. I still don't see a refund on my account. I certainly hope we get a refund. So much for buy one, get one free. I threw out about a third of mine.
