  I just came out of the store, and the staff there is just on the phone. I asked them for help and pretty much ignored me. One of them is sitting on a crate on the corner the other one sitting on a ladder at the other end. None of them moved a finger to help me out. What an easy job.

  I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to the manager, Arber. He was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, provided honest advice, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. His excellent customer service and positive attitude really stood out. Thank you, Arber, for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate your help and highly recommend this store!

  Huge shoutout to Niyah for her help getting us a new battery! Our battery was under warranty but from another state, she helped figure out it out and was super patient and kind!

  Staff not willing to help with any items. I came looking for a tape for the car but “the tapes are over there”, that’s all I got. Questions like: which one is good for the car dashboard, which one is good for a hot summer, which one is this I got recommended. None will be answered “I don’t know” is all I got for an answer. I thought her could search in the computer to see if he has it or if it’s here or any other store has it but not willingness to do anything. You are on your own here.
