  I had a wonderful experience with this location. I won an auction at the last minute and called this store to see if someone could facilitate a pickup so I could catch a last-minute flight without paying those high prices. Ross was exceptional and was very willing to help me out on this journey, as the auction was very close. He picked up the item for me, packaged it very well, and was professional throughout the entire interaction. I would recommend this site to anyone in the area as they go above and beyond in customer support and will take care of you. It’s very hard to find that nowadays, but if it ever came down to it again, I would definitely do business with them again. Thank you, Ross and the rest of the Acton, MA team! — Your Michigan Friend

  The staff here are always incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. I hope they get a pay raise for how amazing they are. I go out of my way to this UPS store sometimes even when I'm far from it just to see the crew if I need a UPS job. Ok Amazon returns aren't so bad now that this crew exists.

  Ross provided exceptional customer service during my visit today - this is my second time needing the store’s help with shipping documents internationally. Ross was kind, courteous, and incredibly patient, even while juggling multiple customers just before closing time. Despite how busy things were, he never made anyone feel rushed and took the time to ensure each customer was helped with a positive attitude and genuine professionalism. It’s clear he cares about providing a great experience, and his hard work did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Ross, for going above and beyond!
