  I went in to get a salad, I got 5 lil pieces of chicken and dressing on the side. They gave me the receipt and I was charged 15.40 for a 12 inch grilled chicken sub and was also charged 2.31 for a tip that I did not give. When I approached the counter help they called the manager in Fall River and she said there was nothing she could do and wouldn’t change anything!! I will never go there again, almost 18.00 for a small salad with all veggies and 5 lil pieces of chicken, no cheese! Are you kidding me!!!

  walked in at 8:45 when i know it closes at 9 and the kids working said they were closed even though they clearly weren’t….

  Owner is incompetent and when he realized he made a mistake and gave my order to someone else he refused to make my sandwich order for me even though I already paid and there was no way to cancel my order through the app! Absolutely terrible customer service never had that happen to me before!
