  Battery died and needed a new one under warranty. Got attitude about having said battery installed because it was raining, but there were 4 perfectly good rain coats hanging up behind the counter which he did not bother to use.l anyways. A lot of sighing the entire time and shaking of the head , yet i also was standing in the rain. Not a great experience after having an awful time of my car being dead and having to call AAA 3 times to get it there only to be met with annoyance and attitude.

  If I could give Rich from Advanced auto 10 stars, I would! After experiencing Rich’s customer service, attention to detail, extensive knowledge, dedication, and determination, I know Advanced Auto in Abington, Ma will be my one and only place to get auto parts in the future. For reference, the part I was trying to source today was for a 1995 foreign made limited edition sports car. I had already been to several other auto parts stores and made no progress. Rich took the time and consideration to look the part up and when it wasn’t available, he immediately grabbed the phone and contacted another advanced auto location that showed it in stock. While on hold on the phone, he then looked through the inventory to see if he could find a similar part based on the damaged one I brought in. He knew exactly where the similar parts were located and within minutes, he found an exact match and saved the day!

  Took my car to Advanced Auto and Tyler handled everything. He was quick to diagnose the issue and super clear about what needed to be done. Ended up installing a new battery, and he made sure it was fitted properly, tested it, and even cleaned up the terminals so it looked brand new. Tyler and Rich were friendly, honest, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. My car started right up and has been running great since. If you need someone who actually takes care of your car instead of just fixing it, ask for Tyler. Highly recommend!

  Apparently its "a lot to ask" to install the battery I was going to purchase in my car because it is lightly raining.
