  This is my third attempt this week to get service at this location instead of having to drive out of my way to the other location in Zachary for a sandwich on my lunch break. Worker is no where to be found? Made my presence known each and every time.. still no one shows up. Why is this location even opened?

  The lack of customer service is sad. We had to ring the bell to be helped and when the worker appeared from somewhere she was like someone was disturbing her at her job. No smile, looked sad and just unprofessional. Subway needs to get it together

  I can't even say if the food was good. The lazy person working there was too interested in talking to her Wal-Mart co-workers to attend her own customers. My daughter eventually placed her order and had to tell the employee how to make the sandwich. The employee ignored me while toasting that sandwich and chatted with those walmart co-workers hanging around instead. Forget it. I didn't order anything. I can't stand rude. December 6, 2022 noon.
