  Super helpful, even though they didnt have the phone i wanted in stock, went above and beyond to help me find a phone i liked, even checked to see if the phone i wanted could be shipped to my house! 10/10!!! Zachary is the only store i will ever visit!

  I have had a multiline cricket plan for over 10 years and never even had a late payment. The treatment I received from the manager on 5/2/2026 made me not want to spend one more dollar at cricket. She also lied to me when I asked her name. She said her name was "Ashley" which was not true according to another cricket employee. I called the delmont village cricket store and Shayla/Jannie went above and beyond to help me. Jannie is the ONLY reason I will be staying with cricket. Cricket.....the manager "Ashley"at the Zachary location is a TERRIBLE representative for your company. She was rude, dismissive, and honestly should be fired or at the very least....demoted.

  Rude had me on the phone told me to hold on for minute and 10 min later she didnt sayanything and hungup and wouldnt amswer the phone i tried callingtwn times and noyjing
