  Ordered 10 piece garlic parm , and my daughter 6…no garlic or parm- called them and they act like there is no way they made a mistake . Good thing I took pics before I gave them to the dogs. Hopefully another staff will be in tomorrow morning, smh

  She was super sweet and hard working and you could tell she was here by herself. When I first walked in I was nervous bc they had two people in the lobby but she took care of them quickly and took my order and got it out fast!

  Literally no sauce and order said ready for pick up yet i had to wait 10 minutes .

  Been here multiple times and their attitude is nasty everytime. They are so rude, and when u ask them a question, they act like you are bothering them. Then they go mumble under their breath or speak within each other in another language which is uncomfortable. I have also witnessed them being rude to others as I waited (which is also always very long), so it's not just me. These franchises just want to make money but don't care about the hospitality especially in an area that is know for great southern hospitality which is a shame.
