    I just wanna say the ladies at the store are awesome. Their food is always great. I drive from 20 minutes away and pass three subways to go to their subway. Their vegetable board and meat board is always great looking none of that frozen look to it and they do it exactly how ask. I do have a couple of things that I asked for specifically I can be a hard customer, but they do it just perfectly. The nex time you want a great sandwich go visit them at the Thomas Road subway.😊

    I can't say enough great things about this establishment! Tasha the manager runs this place right! Great service and food was hot and fresh. Hands down the BEST Subway in Monroe/West Monroe. Thank you to Tasha and her amazing crew for always being so kind and working hard to make every customer feel welcomed and leaving satisfied. You guys rock!!!! šŸ’ŖšŸ½ā¤ļø

    I was charged $35 for a $17 order at Subway because an employee added their own tip without my consent. I immediately contacted the manager, Tasha, but instead of resolving the issue professionally, she had an attitude when I requested my money back. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should never be treated this way, especially when addressing a billing error. I will not be returning, and I will be escalating this issue to someone above her. If you don’t like your job, don’t take it out on customers—because without customers, there is no business.
