  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to Faye! She was super friendly, patient, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she really cares about customer service and keeps a positive attitude even when it’s busy. The store was clean, the food was fresh, and everything was made quickly. Faye definitely made my visit better — I’ll be coming back for sure!

  We’re from Crowley and stopped in after a long day of work looking for something quick to eat. Ended up here and had a great experience. Faye made it. She’s a sweet lady with a great personality and treated us like regulars from the moment we walked in. Service was fast, food was on point, and everything was done with care. Hard to find people like that these days—definitely appreciated. We’ll be back because of Faye!

  Dec 27, 2025 I arrived around 9:51 PM and honestly thought the staff member might be upset since it was close to closing time. But I really appreciate how kindly and respectfully he spoke to me. I bought two sandwiches, and I had two kids with me who were very hungry, so I didn’t have many options since Subway was open only until 10 PM. He was very understanding and helpful. Thank you so much, man I forgot to ask your name, but your kindness truly meant a lot to us. (From Texas)

  Worst subway I’ve ever been to, always understaffed, out of something, and employees are under so much stress they come off as rude. 1 employee runs the whole place. Absolutely horrible management
