  On Thursday, June 25, 2026, we had an outstanding experience at the Advanced Auto Parts on Jackson Street in Thibodaux. We came in at 8:40 p.m., just 20 minutes before closing, because my fiancée's car battery had died and we desperately needed to get it replaced so she could get to work the next morning. The employee who helped us, **Amod R.**, was incredibly kind, professional, and had such a positive attitude. Even though it was close to closing time, he didn't make us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing him. Instead, he immediately stepped in, replaced the battery for us, and made sure everything was working before we left. Amod R. truly went above and beyond with his customer service. His willingness to help after what had probably been a long day made a stressful situation so much easier for us. Because of him, we were able to get back on the road right away and didn't have to worry about the next morning. Thank you, Amod R., for your outstanding service. Employees like you make all the difference, and Advanced Auto Parts is lucky to have you!
