  Dealing with a defective battery bought at AAP in MS. Clarissa and Daimanika were very helpful in helping me contact AAP in MS to get my receipt number as my battery was still under warranty. MS AAP were difficult to deal with and Clarissa took the initiative to takeover communication and guide MS on what to do to rectify the problem. Very good experience in Thibodaux!

  Ms. Madelyn Fitch was so kind and helpful to me! I came in because I thought I was having battery issues, and she went above and beyond to help me. This was in early July, by the way, but I couldn't find my receipt. (I was out of town that day.) Anyway, Madelyn was so helpful that I thought about this daily and prayed to find the receipt. Also I saw the way she was helpful with other customers too! Very kind, knowledgeable and a great saleswoman too. I will gladly visit this Advance Auto Parts next time I'm over yonder, if Ms. Madelyn is there.

  On Thursday, June 25, 2026, we had an outstanding experience at the Advanced Auto Parts on Jackson Street in Thibodaux. We came in at 8:40 p.m., just 20 minutes before closing, because my fiancée's car battery had died and we desperately needed to get it replaced so she could get to work the next morning. The employee who helped us, **Amod R.**, was incredibly kind, professional, and had such a positive attitude. Even though it was close to closing time, he didn't make us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing him. Instead, he immediately stepped in, replaced the battery for us, and made sure everything was working before we left. Amod R. truly went above and beyond with his customer service. His willingness to help after what had probably been a long day made a stressful situation so much easier for us. Because of him, we were able to get back on the road right away and didn't have to worry about the next morning. Thank you, Amod R., for your outstanding service. Employees like you make all the difference, and Advanced Auto Parts is lucky to have you!
