  Customer service absolutely horrible. Said it was ready and wasn’t ready for 30 mins. Threw my package on the counter. And rudely ask my drink. Will not becoming back!

  If I could leave no stars I would absolutely ridiculous we put a mobile order to be picked up for 5:45 we get here 15+min later still here with order not ready, there’s no urgency among the crew front counter person steady on her phone. Yea not very happy at all whoever the Gm of this location needs to have a discussion with the team. Highly disappointed

  On 9/2 I placed a late order around 10:30pm for pick up. When I got to the resturaunt I was greeted immediately with a smile. My food wasn't ready yet so I said no big deal and quietly stepped to the side so the young men could keep working. After waiting about 2 minutes, a young man checked on me and offered me drink and asked if I needed anything. I declined. (I'm a fairly easy customer). He checked on me again a few minutes later and once my food was ready, he was incredibly polite and friendly. The staff tonight were so welcoming and kind and nice. It really meant alot. The resturaunt was clean and my food was perfect. I've never had a bad experience at this location. I will continue to pick this one over the other 2.
