    Online delivery ordered and a bag was forgotten, called the store and spoke with the general manager and she apologized and delivered my food to me. She went above and beyond!

    I wanted to take a moment to recognize an amazing employee at Wingstop.her name is Belinda She was my cashier, but I also watched her help bag orders and assist wherever she was needed. She is one of the hardest-working employees I’ve seen in a long time, and she kept a smile on her face the entire time. Not only was she professional, but she was also genuinely kind and funny. I was having a rough day dealing with some job-related stress, and when she handed me my food, she said, “Whatever you’re going through, remember someone else has it worse than you.” Those simple words brought tears to my eyes because she was absolutely right. Her customer service was outstanding. She read my order back to me, counted my change correctly, asked if I needed a refill, and made sure my order was bagged properly. She went above and beyond what most people would expect. I know she’s a cashier today, but with her work ethic, positive attitude, and people skills, I truly believe she’s going to go far in life. It would not surprise me at all to see her become a manager one day. She deserves 5 stars all by herself. Thank you for making a difference in someone’s day. That’s the kind of employee every business hopes to have. ⭐️

    As long as I been living in sulphur, I never knew there was a Wingstop here. I always go to the one on Nelson Rd. The manager Belinda was very kind, patient and generous. My son has been wanting WingStop for weeks now and I been promising him that we would go. I only had $100 bill on me and she told me she couldn’t break it. I told her I would be right back promise ,going to get change. She was very understanding and said no problem I will save your order. She didn’t get an attitude or treat me rudely. She maintained pose and professionalism. I came back and my order was coming up. They made my food just the way I like it. The restaurant was very clean and he staff was very polite men. Not loud, dirty, but very clean cut and respectful. They listened to her and followed orders. I gave up on fast food in sulphur because if you know you know, especially if you live here. But Wing Stop has gained a costumer. Thank you for making this rainy day worth the ride in the rain.

    I had a really great experience at Wingstop thanks to Belinda. From the moment I walked in, she was very welcoming, respectful, and had such a positive attitude. Customer service like that honestly makes a huge difference. She made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally while still being friendly to everyone around her. The food came out fresh, hot, and way faster than I expected. You can tell she actually cares about making customers feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s hard to find employees with genuine energy and good customer service nowadays, but Belinda definitely stood out. I appreciate the great experience and will definitely be coming back because of the service I received. Wingstop needs more employees like her!

    I went to Wingstop and had a very disappointing experience. The order board showed my food was ready, but I still had to wait. A woman in a green shirt with a short haircut and a lip piercing was extremely unprofessional and appeared unable to properly focus(HIGH) while handling orders. She repeatedly messed up customers’ orders, including mine. When I finally received my food, she gave me the wrong order and tried to insist it was mine until I pointed out the name on the ticket. She then admitted the mistake. Watching the confusion with multiple orders made me double-check my bag before leaving. Overall, the service was frustrating, disorganized, and unprofessional.
