I normally wouldn’t leave a review—I’m an easy customer. I place my order through the app and pick up my food. However, this is the second time I’ve received bad service, so I won’t be going back.
The first incident was on February 3rd. The guy making my sandwich sloppily threw everything together and had an attitude. He basically coughed on my sandwich three times, left two whole inches of the sandwich with no filling, and didn’t even cut it all the way through.
Today, on February 5th, I placed my order at 9:06 PM, 50 minutes before closing. I arrived at 9:12 PM, as my order is simple to make. When I got there, the lady had already locked the door, and she was yelling at a man inside who seemed to be a friend of hers. She told me she couldn’t add vegetables to my order and that her register was down, so she couldn’t issue a refund. She asked if I just wanted the sandwich with turkey and bread. I requested a refund, but she said she could only process it tomorrow. The entire time she was rude about it and seemingly closing for her own personal reasons one whole hour they close.
Try the subway across the street at Walmart the staff there is way more friendly, presentable and clean.
