  everything was super clean, the service was friendly and fast, and the wings were big and fresh. It’s too bad we don’t live near by or it would be one of our regular spots

  I want to give a shoutout to Passion at Wingstop for her amazing customer service. A few days ago I ordered through DoorDash, but when my order arrived I only received the sides and no actual food. I sent the dasher back, and Passion explained that she had actually tried to stop the dasher before she left because she noticed the order was incomplete. When the dasher came back the second time, my food had already been remade and was ready, but the dasher left with it instead of bringing it back to me. About 40 minutes later, I called back upset because DoorDash still wasn’t helping me, and Passion was very patient and understanding. She explained everything that happened, apologized, gave me her name, and told me to ask for her because she knew the situation and wanted to help however she could. I came back again on 5/19/26 and recognized her voice immediately. She remembered exactly who I was and apologized again. She was professional, kind, and actually cared about making the situation right. Good customer service like that is hard to find these days, and Passion deserves recognition for going above and beyond.
