  One star is too many. Ordered pickup through Uber Eats. They gave my order to someone else and when I went to go pick it up the young lady behind the counter realized the accident. The manager proceeded to say “your orders already been picked up” repeatedly like I was in the wrong for asking for my food. I responded no mam that’s can’t be right because I’m picking up my food. Then proceeded to tell me that I needed to take it up with Uber Eats. But failing to do her job and check order confirmation numbers. No refund no food. If a type of lady like that is who the franchise intrust to run there restaurant, then BDubs it is.

  Checken was under cooked. Employees were more interested in playing with their friends than conducting businees.

  I haven’t come to this wing stop in a while because I couldn’t justify eating here with the long wait times. I came back after a friend hyped up some new flavors, and the past three times I visited, the food was ready to pick up just as I got there (if not sooner). That teamwork really shines through their service. I like the new flavors they’ve had also!
