  Whoever that was that took my order 5 minutes before closing and gave me a drink with it, definitely deserve a raise and some paid time off !

  Honestly one of the better ran Wingstop locations I have been to. Every time I've ordered food via the app its always done on time, fresh and prepared well. Cashiers are always super nice as well. Somewhat the go-to spot with playing FNM in same shopping center a short walk away.

  called in an order was given my total & wait time . get there & give me my name waited for order then they tell me “they don’t have it” standing there looking stupid didn’t even care to ask what did I order terrible service do not recommend just as worse as the other locations in shreveport:)

  I went on my lunch break today. There wasn’t many people there which was surprising considering they just opened, however, I waited an hour for a chicken sandwich and fries. I had WORKERS jumping in line in front of me to order. Workers were walking around getting womens numbers and i saw about three workers behind the counter actually working. the rest were either on phones or talking. Also had a man sitting next to me trying to touch my purse. overall a TERRIBLE experience and i will not be going back.
