  Just no big deal, no ice at all. You are a restaurant. That tells me that either the manager is not following up with whoever needs to come fix ice machine. Or they just dont care. The inside of this location is always dirty as hell. Cmon now! Do better

  I had three different flavors of wings. The mild wings with overly dry I don't know why they don't like to give you enough sauce on your mild wings which really sucks and it really was dry and disgusting. The garlic parmesan had no taste. The Hawaiian wings were okay but they will not cook crispy like I requested

  I honestly wsh I could leave no stars this restaurant dose not have their shit together it’s too the point the I am ordering from a WHOLR DIFFERENT CITY (BOSSIER) I’ve had my orders mixed up been I’ve been giving the wrong order just don’t waste your time here

  👏🏾😍🤗 I ordered online babehh and it was a hit, I got 5 Chamoy classic wings for free with the rewards, and then my 10 piece lemon pepper and hot heat combo well done, whoever is in that kitchen job well done, 👏🏾 I’m talking about hot and fresh crispy crunchy 10/10 recommend! Thank you down to the fries yassss!!!

  Would give 0 stars if I could. Initially I loved this place after trying a "Voodoo fry." Before, it always came with tons of cheese, which is why I loved them so much, as they were the best cheese fries ever! That is until lately...about 3 weeks ago , it came with NO cheese! Okay, I shouldn't say "no" but only 2 thin drizzle lines. Think of the size of a line that eyeliner makes, and there were 2 thin lines like that, diagonally across the container of fries, along with ranch dressing and the brown peppery powder sprinkled on the top. I would not call that "cheese" fries! I called and spoke to a male manager, who put on our account for them to remake them. We stopped by about 10 days later and AGAIN, no cheese! My daughter said they were crazy busy, so we wondered if they were rushed and just not paying attention. So we let it go. We decided to give them 1 more chance and ordered again last night, and same ole crap!! Fries with ranch dressing, and NO CHEESE!!. Again, that is NOT "cheese" fries. We have decided to no longer do business with them. The owner needs to find out why they are not serving what they claim they are. These lines are so thin, you don't even get a hint of a cheese taste. I might can see cutting down on some cheese, but not cutting it out all together and still charging for "cheese" fries.
