  The absolute worst Wingstop you could go to in the area. Placed order at 4:55. Order marked ready for pickup at 5:09. Had to wait at the store for 90 minutes to get my order and there was no way to do a refund. Do NOT give them your money.

  I honestly wsh I could leave no stars this restaurant dose not have their shit together it’s too the point the I am ordering from a WHOLR DIFFERENT CITY (BOSSIER) I’ve had my orders mixed up been I’ve been giving the wrong order just don’t waste your time here

  👏🏾😍🤗 I ordered online babehh and it was a hit, I got 5 Chamoy classic wings for free with the rewards, and then my 10 piece lemon pepper and hot heat combo well done, whoever is in that kitchen job well done, 👏🏾 I’m talking about hot and fresh crispy crunchy 10/10 recommend! Thank you down to the fries yassss!!!

  I'm not sure if management has changed or something recently, but it used to be fast service here. This is the second time recently I've pulled up after my order says its ready online and the lobby is already full of people also waiting on their orders. Last time I waited for almost an hour before it was ready and nothing crazy was even happening. This time when I pulled up after it was already supposed to be ready, they were out of boneless wings and the manager was out getting more at the other store which is at least 30 minutes round trip.. Meanwhile all of the orders are showing as completed on the screen and they were clearing them out as picked up while we all sat there with no answers. They did not give an estimate on a timeframe, everyone in the lobby was upset, and the cooks literally laughed at me about it. We used to hype up this wingstop as the only one on their game, but they're acting like the Shreveport-Barksdale location now. I hope someone important actually sees this and looks back to when the issues started so they can fix it because these wings, fries, and corn are too good for this wack service. At least be honest about the wait online so we know what to expect. Now we're mad and hungry and still waiting on food at 1015 when my order was marked ready and picked up at 915

  Would give 0 stars if I could. Initially I loved this place after trying a "Voodoo fry." Before, it always came with tons of cheese, which is why I loved them so much, as they were the best cheese fries ever! That is until lately...about 3 weeks ago , it came with NO cheese! Okay, I shouldn't say "no" but only 2 thin drizzle lines. Think of the size of a line that eyeliner makes, and there were 2 thin lines like that, diagonally across the container of fries, along with ranch dressing and the brown peppery powder sprinkled on the top. I would not call that "cheese" fries! I called and spoke to a male manager, who put on our account for them to remake them. We stopped by about 10 days later and AGAIN, no cheese! My daughter said they were crazy busy, so we wondered if they were rushed and just not paying attention. So we let it go. We decided to give them 1 more chance and ordered again last night, and same ole crap!! Fries with ranch dressing, and NO CHEESE!!. Again, that is NOT "cheese" fries. We have decided to no longer do business with them. The owner needs to find out why they are not serving what they claim they are. These lines are so thin, you don't even get a hint of a cheese taste. I might can see cutting down on some cheese, but not cutting it out all together and still charging for "cheese" fries.
