  I recently became a notary and had documents to ship for a company. They sent a UPS label, and honestly, the moment I saw it was UPS, I cringed a little because I had not been very impressed with some of the UPS Stores I’d dealt with in Shreveport and Bossier. But today completely changed my perspective. For the first time, I walked into a store where the staff was incredibly organized, hardworking, professional, and genuinely helpful. It was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. And thank goodness, because I also own stock in UPS and had seriously started wondering if I needed to cash it out. This store absolutely renewed my faith in UPS. Great franchise owners and employees really do make all the difference!

  We reached out to this UPS location for a print job and called multiple times to confirm it would be completed on time. Every interaction was professional and courteous, which we really appreciated. When someone backed out of delivering said print job at the last minute, I called again as a last resort and spoke with Lance. He stepped in immediately and made sure we were taken care of. Inki also went above and beyond to get everything done for us despite the time constraints. We are incredibly grateful for their help. Lance was responsive and reassuring, and Inki truly exceeded expectations. I can’t thank them enough for coming through when we needed it most.
