  I use UPS all the time mostly in Bossier. I haven’t been to this store on Bert Kouns in several years. I took back my Amazon order. It was made to buy a label and your packaging which I had a bag in my car they would not accept so I was Forced to buy a bag and a label. They said it was too late for me to take it to the other store. That has never happened to me before I order stuff and take it back all the time I buy lots of things from Amazon never had this issue. It’s just a way for you all to make money to demand that we buy your products in order to return our products back when it should be no charge nothing but a rip off. Away the store to make money.

  Terrible customer service. I just went there to drop off a package. Up on arriving, a young lady held the door open for me and I said thank you and went on about my business. As I approach the counter, a black kind of husky female rudely pointed her finger in my direction. So I'm looking around to see what's going on behind me and she motioned for the lady behind me to come to the counter first. So basically, in her simple little head, she thought it was in her power to decide who goes first based on how she felt about the situation. That's not her place. Her job is to serve the customer. That's it. It's people like this that make you not want to visit a store again. My biggest regret is not taking a picture of her. That is not how a business is supposed to be ran.
