I am writing to formally report a very disappointing experience at Subway store #2825 located at 3301 Youree Drive.
During my visit, I was assisted by an employee named Brandon, whose attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming from the start. I felt as though my presence was an inconvenience, which is unacceptable for any customer service environment.
In addition to the poor service, the sandwich I received was not prepared properly. It was messy, poorly assembled, and did not meet the basic standards I expect from Subway.
This experience fell far below expectations, and I am requesting that this matter be addressed. I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be handled, as well as consideration for a refund or compensation for the unsatisfactory product and service.
I hope steps are taken to improve both customer service and food quality at this location moving forward.
