  Does the number on the page not work? I made a mistake on the app and called twice and got a Spanish automated voice mail with the number listed, when I arrived the store was not busy.

  I went into the Subway on Youree Dr at the corner of Kings Hwy and You're Dr at 8pm and was met with a very rude worker who got visibly upset that I came in while he was mopping. I ordered a Protein Wrap. I love them but was told I could take the tomato and pickle off the wrap, but couldn't add anything to the wrap. I have very seldom been treated so rudely by a customer service representative before. Even the people that came in while I was there were treated rudely. I felt as if this guy did not want a job and we were an imposition to him. Customer Service needs improving.

  We just had one of the Greatest Customer Service experiences Ever at any South Shreveport location. We live in N Shreveport and try to avoid S Shreveport because of the overall Rude and Mean attitudes. These workers were just so polite and respectful. Awesome

  I am writing to formally report a very disappointing experience at Subway store #2825 located at 3301 Youree Drive. During my visit, I was assisted by an employee named Brandon, whose attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming from the start. I felt as though my presence was an inconvenience, which is unacceptable for any customer service environment. In addition to the poor service, the sandwich I received was not prepared properly. It was messy, poorly assembled, and did not meet the basic standards I expect from Subway. This experience fell far below expectations, and I am requesting that this matter be addressed. I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be handled, as well as consideration for a refund or compensation for the unsatisfactory product and service. I hope steps are taken to improve both customer service and food quality at this location moving forward.
