  Driver left sticky note on my gate and said he could not deliver. I was in the house all day. Now I have to set at home all day tomorrow to try and get my package. I can not get a local number to call and talk to anyone . Not happy use UPS

  Phone system is horrible at best. Automated systems without the ability to speak to an operator (living human) to get an answer to questions the automated system can not andswer wastes my time only to be hang up on me before being able to speak with someone. 😤

  Customer service is horrible via FedEx there is no live person to speak with and when u do find one they rush you off the phone. The drivers frequently steal packages ans say their undeliverable. O do not recommend d using FedEx for deliveries they are extremely unreliable ans so on their drivers.
