  FedEx will lose your package and will not pay to replace it . They have lost 5 packages and they will not pay They will not take responsibility. I am not sure where the problem is but someone is screwing up . I am out of thousands of dollars due to their incompetence. I don't understand how they allow you to buy a shipping label from them knowing they are not going to be responsible. I plan on filing a collective lawsuit with other individuals that have taken a loss due to Fedex

  I do not know why this store doesn’t have 5 stars. I sell homes and customer service is everything and this lady named Tamisha Chambers went way above and beyond to not only find my package that had my old address on it. Which was my fault. But she found it, Had it brought back to their office on 2122 Greenwood Rd in Shreveport and fixed my address on two packages and got them sent to me!! Like she called me for the correct address. She deserves reward and a raise !!! Not many folks talk and treat you like this anymore. Especially when it comes to delivering packages!! Even asked me how my day was. Now that’s special! Thank you Tamisha!!!!!
