  The local driver continues to leave neighbors packages at my property instead of the correct location. Call center is USELESS!!

  FedEx will lose your package and will not pay to replace it . They have lost 5 packages and they will not pay They will not take responsibility. I am not sure where the problem is but someone is screwing up . I am out of thousands of dollars due to their incompetence. I don't understand how they allow you to buy a shipping label from them knowing they are not going to be responsible. I plan on filing a collective lawsuit with other individuals that have taken a loss due to Fedex

  Exceptional in all regards! Fantastic staff that are responsive, efficient and effective - and so very kind! They are absolutely top notch!
