  Recently switched to Cricket and I went into this store to do so. Brian the store manager was a huge help and had a great attitude. Very personable and upbeat even with all the trouble we had switching my number over due to my previous carrier. We even had to call Cricket’s help line and Xfinity’s help line to get the number transferred and he was informative and funny the whole time. Thanks Brian! Loving my service and price.

  I cannot say enough good things about Caitlin g and Brian Morris. I came in out of the heat and he immediately gave me a bottle of water and within seconds Miss Caitlin g. was helping me on my way to obtain a phone that I desperately needed in order to grow my business and survive my life, do not lose these individuals, they need to be promoted to higher management.

  Had a 5 star experience with Kaitlin at Cricket. She helped me solve a major problem in minutes. I was in a bad mood and her kindness and great attitude heart really changed me mood. What an amazing woman.
