  I’d like to give acknowledgment when it’s due! I believe his name is Randy big guy with red beard! My wife and I come in from time to time sometimes just her running parts for me and he goes above and beyond to make trip as easy as possible! Even if she doesn’t exactly know what I need he will have her call me when most people would guess and what she’s saying he actually takes the time to do it right the first time! I’m always thrilled when we go in and see him working because we know we get the top notch service

  Very greatful for the experience I had yesterday day. I was greeted when I walked in by staff. Staff was very helpful in finding my information in the computer and I was so happy that I still had a warranty on my battery. I was able to get a replacement battery and I was given the opportunity to add a 6 month plan onto that battery. EJ was very nice and knowledgeable in installing my battery. Thanks you so much.

  I am so sick and tired of the so called employee by the name of Randy ( a redhead short haircut lazy individual) all he does is sits down and when a customer asks for help, he catches an attitude and he never wants to work and is always outside in his vehicle, but somehow he still has a job...that's ridiculous

  We drove up to get a battery test done on our Chevrolet Trailblazer a d Mr. Eric was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process of trying to get our battery unbolted . Mr Eric made a stressful situation more calm and smooth sailing with his positivity and determination to help get us back on the road again. Mr Eric has to be a valuable employee because he truly listens and cares to get us back on the road again. He sold us a battery and I am happy to download your app on our phones as we will do business here on all 3 of our vehicles. Thanks again Mr Eric
