  waste of time, employees are too busy treating the place as their hangout to get orders completed and are rude.i see more employees in the lobby and outside the store then working I would not recommend this place to anyone. find another Wingstop location to go to

  Make sure you check your order before leaving. After a very long 8 hour drive I placed an order and paid for 12 piece combo. Tired I left without checking. Got home and received only 8 pieces. Paid $24.00. Too tired to go back and they wouldn’t accommodate me coming back the next day😡

  Wont let you make an order over the phone if over $20. Why even have a phone.

  placed my order at 9:24 PM and came to pick it up shortly after. The cook who helped me was nice, but the rest of the experience was terrible. The drink machine was malfunctioning and the manager had very poor communication and created an unfriendly environment. As a customer—and someone who works in customer service—I know communication is key, and there was none. No explanation, no solution, and no effort to help. I ended up leaving without the drink I paid for and with a very unpleasant experience. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this place.
