  So much to say , don’t even know where to start . Arrived late & walked into our room ; welcomed to a moldy , old , curry smell . Instantly checked the bed for bugs after getting pn the reviews , no trace of bugs but was def on edge . We had a lizard in the room , the kids thought that was cool .. me ? Not so much . The shower was a walk in , the water went from one side of the bathroom to the next , VERY slippery . I will say the A/C got very cold , about the ONLY plus . Didn’t dare trying breakfast . Checked in at 11:30pm , checked out at 5:00am , didn’t stay longer than needed.

  The best part about the hotel was the room. Make sure you request being on the side away from the highway. It is way too noisy and you do not get a good night's sleep if you are on the highway side. Also the morning breakfast if that's what they want to call that, is not really a breakfast. They have a waffle maker but nothing to make the waffles with. The orange juice and apple juice was pure water no juice at all out of the machine. I let them know they still do not fix it. Definitely worth seeking breakfast somewhere else.

  I booked this hotel thinking it was going to be clean because of all the 5 star and 4 star ratings, I couldn’t have been more wrong. The filthiest hotel room I’ve ever been in my entire life. The grout in between the tile on the floor was completely black. There was mold all over the tiles in the shower, the shower non slip mat was dirty from previous guest. My baby’s feet turned completely black from walking on the carpet in the room. There was a dead tree roach also on the floor. The room had multiple things destroyed inside as if a dog had torn things up. I will never again step foot inside of a Best Western. Stop giving false ratings.

  In the pictures the pool is blue but when we got there the pool was green but overall a good hotel to stay at!

  This review does not reflect on Best Western. It is for THIS particular hotel and this one alone. Let's start with the bathroom: It was like it hadn't been swept in a week or more. There was hair all over the floor including a tub full of short & curlies. Obviously the tub was not cleaned from the previous guest. Towels were frayed and some had holes in them. Cheap towels. Not what you typically get at a Best Western. Bed: Very uncomfortable. Again, the owners went out and found the cheapest mattresses they could find. In addition to being uncomfortable, the bed crinkled with every motion due to the cheapest mattress cover they could find. It was like trying to sleep on wax paper covered by a thin sheet. Internet: SUCKED! Kept getting booted off every 10 minutes and had to keep reconnecting. Breakfast: HORRIBLE! This was the kind of breakfast that a low budget motel might put out. All together this was absolutely THE worst Best Western I have ever stayed at, & not just myself. I have worked over the road for 15 years and have stayed in thousands of hotels over those years, so to have me say this was the worst out of all of those others really says something. I had a couple of coworkers who also stayed here and their experiences were very similar.
