  This was my worst stay ever at a Best Western. The manager and staff at this hotel were rude, and the air conditioner in the room was as loud as a jet engine. OMG! I was traveling with a child, and my son and I barely slept all night.

  I've stayed here many times. Used to descent, gone down hill recently. Now they have a problem with Bed bugs! Sorry to say won’t be staying here further.

  The pool was the most discussing thing ever no one seemed to care it was so green and no one apologized or closed the pool

  Pool is completely green and cloudy. Not safe to swim in. Edit: Pool was not closed. Worker let us in. Said it was safe and they have a pool guy come clean it.

  So much to say , don’t even know where to start . Arrived late & walked into our room ; welcomed to a moldy , old , curry smell . Instantly checked the bed for bugs after getting pn the reviews , no trace of bugs but was def on edge . We had a lizard in the room , the kids thought that was cool .. me ? Not so much . The shower was a walk in , the water went from one side of the bathroom to the next , VERY slippery . I will say the A/C got very cold , about the ONLY plus . Didn’t dare trying breakfast . Checked in at 11:30pm , checked out at 5:00am , didn’t stay longer than needed.
