  The lady working yesterday around noon had a long line when I arrived and more than one upset customer for reasons that clearly were not her fault. The customer in front of me was rude to her and she handled it as patiently as possible, the customer then held up the line over a question she should have asked Amazon before she ever got there. Very professional and awesome staff, that employee deserves a raise.

  I have been coming in for years to this ups with no problems ever until today. I had my grown son return a package that I ordered for him while I was out of state.. The woman that dealt with us had a very low tolerance for our situation and was quite rude.. I sent my son to return it there because everyone had "always" been so nice and helpful. This happened 2/28 at approximately 12:45pm. I did ask who she was and where she worked because my son handed the phone to her and I did not understand who I was talking to. I think that may have set her off because of that and the fact that I had no clue how it was shipped. It wasn't for me.. I ordered for my son.
