  I’ve been a cricket customer for YEARS and yesterday was by far my favorite experience I’ve had there. Not that any visits have been “bad” but yesterday was just great! I had to go buy a new phone and when I walked in, the ladies helped me immediately! Greeted with a smile. I remember one of the ladies was named Samantha, I can’t remember the other ladies name of the top of my head, but she was equally amazing. They made my visit go by quickly without any hiccups all while still helping other customers! Samantha and I laughed and made jokes to pass the time. I think every location needs a Samantha! Definitely will recommend to everyone I know to switch to cricket!

  We cancelled our plan with cricket and went to AT&T. We got tired of the additional charges added for other countries. We don’t call or know anyone in any other countries. This cricket store is the worst to deal with.

  Absolutely deserves an award for the worst customer service and lack of empathy. Definitely made the right decision to switch to another carrier.

  It's just like anything in life you get what you pay for I've been with Cricket 2 years$60 unlimited plan but every time they comes to pay to my account I'm spending more time on the phone with advisors it can't hardly speak a word of English hard to understand makes it a bigger difficulty and problems than it already is as far as friendliness is concerned they're very friendly in store pretty knowledgeable but they play this game that I can't stand. First to call Cricket on the phone together live advisor and they tell you to go to the Cricket store so you go to the Cricket store and they tell you to call them it's like a dog chasing its tail other than that can't beat it for the money unlimited data $60 a month booyah 😎 makes me as happy as a tick on a hound dog 🐶
