  This store claimed their service wouldn't work on my Samsung Galaxy S10 + and told me I needed to buy a new phone. So I trusted them and did but later on tried the sim in my other phone and it works. They literally scammed me out of $120! This needs to be fixed and their number listed on the internet doesn't even work!!! How ridiculous 😡

  The service was great. I have been with cricket for 5 years. I love the coverage. And the sales associate was very helpful and informative. And I love that they opened a store at this location, closer to home.
