Do NOT order anything from here off the app. Wanted some breakfast subs after not having any for years. Ordered off the app like normal, but when I got here, they said they stopped serving breakfast for “quite a while” and refused to refund me. The app didn’t say that this location no longer served breakfast and my card was already charged btw. Had to come back and get them to contact the manager or whoever to get me my money back. Matter of fact, just don’t go to subway at all. JimmyJohns been better.
The bread was stale and old. The employees were sitting down when I walked in. They went behind the counter and neither washed their hands. After ordering & while she’s building it, she then tells me no lettuce. The soda area was dirty, my spinach was old and wilted. When I made it home, I threw my sandwich in the trash can. Wasted $10.62 on that nasty crap. DO BETTER SUBWAY!!!!
Consistently one of the worst Subway franchises in the company. I stopped in around 1:30 yesterday and got told "the system's down." The very disinterested employee behind the counter then babbled something vague about how long it would take for the system to boot back up. It just so happens that this is the 3rd time I've heard something like this upon walking in the door here, so there are 2 possibilities. Either the system really does keep crashing in which case the franchise owner needs to invest in an IT overhaul, or this is just the go-to excuse for the employees when they don't feel like serving a customer.
I may stop eating at Subway all together given how awful my experience was trying to report this matter to corporate or to the franchise owner. There is no way to contact customer service directly. Your only option is an extremely primitive and frustrating chat bot that limts your feedback to a measly 255 characters.
Conclusion, Subway doesn't care about the customer experience at all.
