  I've had Cricket for several years now and went into the Opelousas Louisiana store add another line. The service was fine, but the associate charged me $30 for a wall charging block that I did not ask for since I got a new phone. I didn't realize this until I got home and looked at the receipt then found the charging block in the bag. I went back the next day to return it and was told I could only exchange it and they could not credit my account for something I never asked for. The assistant manager was great and trying to make it right, but people above her said I'm stuck with it or exchange it. Apparently screwing a customer out of money they didn't intend to spend and keeping the profit is more important than making it right. I would steer clear of this store unless you want to get charged for something you didn't want and then told you're stuck with it.

  Good staff,bad throttle from the big man. I was told 200kb/s (that's slow btw)is fast and reliable service.?! For a 70$ plan
