  Ordered from this location on 4th of July , there for Essence Festival.The entire order was wrong when delivered.Called the location was hung up on the phone by some girl who told me if I didn’t come get my food nothing could be done.Called back the 3rd x guy claimed manager named Mike told me to call customer service.Called back next day talk to manager who was not friendly told me he would refund. Waited 2 days later called back was told if takes 7-10 days . Called back on 7th day was told to call customer service, who then told me to call back at the store . Did another survey, no manager nor DM reached out to me in regards of this horrible experience! When I go back to visit won’t ever get food from them .

  My Host, Yasmine was the sweetest woman ever over the phone! She even helped me find a midnight snack for good munchies! Having a good attitude late night is something she should host a class on honestly lol! Give her a raise or tip her whenever you guys go in. 🫂

  Worst service. Walk in place an order for barbecue wings only to leave with wings with no sauce. They are always getting orders wrong.
