My friend and I both received a bracelet for Christmas. Both of us had an issue with our clasp failing. She was lucky enough to find hers a few days later. No brakes in her bracelet, it was a clasp issue. I have yet to find mine. Tiffany does not stand behind their product and can’t do anything about the faulty construction of this expensive jewelry. Although my friend has found hers, she does not wear it in fear that it will fall off again. Not what you expect from a luxury brand- very disappointing.

Customer service does not exist in this store - the sales rep avoided me like the plague. I knew exactly what I wanted and was luckily staying at the hotel nearby so thought I could swing by really quick to purchase it. I wasn’t greeted, then after walking 2 laps around the store someone said they would be right with me. The customers left and she walked away leaving me at the counter. I stayed there waiting and realized she moved to the door to greet people. I approached her and asked her if she could help and she said one of them would be free in a minute and I could sit down. I waited a few more minutes as she stared out the door and I decided to just leave.
This store is obviously a disaster but it has me debating if I want to invest in the Tiffany brand at all.
I visited this location with a friend to purchase a necklace and bracelet set. Upon entering the store, we were not greeted, which was concerning—especially since a customer who entered immediately after us was greeted right away. One employee, a white male with short gray spiked hair and rectangular glasses, appeared to look past us to acknowledge the customer behind us.
We remained in the store for some time to see if anyone would offer assistance, but no one approached us, despite the store being minimally occupied. The customer who entered after us also did not make a purchase, yet continued to receive attention. Eventually, I approached the same employee to request assistance with the items I intended to buy. He raised his hand and stated he was helping another customer and that someone else would assist me, though no one ever did.
This experience left me feeling that I was being judged based on the color of my skin and unfairly perceived as not being worth assisting or likely to make a purchase. I find it unacceptable to be treated differently or looked down upon for this reason.
Due to this experience, I chose to leave the store without making a purchase. I found the interaction unprofessional and discriminatory, and as a result, I will not be returning to this location.
