  Kiomara and Tasure couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. They printed Amazon return sticker using QR code. And with a big smile. This inside convention centre. This wasn’t listen on Amazon as a UPS drop off but it worked. Thank you!

  The customer service was EXCELLENT. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The team here is amazing - super helpful, hospitable, fast, and they know what they are doing. They were so efficient and helpful managing last minute requests at a trade show.

  The store is closed at 4p on Friday and then closed Saturday and Sunday all day, during a conference that is running all weekend? Definitely must be considered if you are thinking of using them. I have reached out to see if anyone can help me after hours.

  They saved the day when I bought some souvenirs that were too large for my carryon bag. Excellent service, everyone was so friendly. The icing on the cake, when I received the box in a few days, my items were packaged so well, you could tell they packed them with care. Very convenient location, right at the end of the Convention Center.
