  I really wish I could leave zero stars. Ordered a salad from Uber eats and the chicken and the bacon came ice cold! I’ve gotten several salads from not only this location, but several others and it is standard that you cook the meat. I called for some resolution and I was told by a gentleman that answered you have to specify you want the meat cooked. Never in all of my years of ordering from Subway has that ever been a thing. The crazy part is, he said I had to say that I wanted it toasted. Sir, that’s for sandwich. This is a salad. And there’s not a place I’ve been to on earth named Subway that wouldn’t have put the chicken and the bacon in the oven, Toaster whatever you wanna call it..some of them even do the microwave. Either way you warm the rotisserie chicken and the bacon. Never ever again in this life or the next, I suggest if you want your meat cooked, you find another subway. Bacon still pale but he really tried to tell me they only cook it if you ask…now if I sue….

  This has to be the worst Subway in the greater New Orleans area. I was the only customer there at the time and both workers ignored me until they were finshed making some sandwiches for Uber eats or door dash. They couldve said "Hello, I will be right with you" or at least aknowledge me standing there. Both workers had attitudes like they they didn't want to be bothered and hated working there. Then they didnt even put full scoops of tuna on the stale hard bread they gave me. I wish I would have noticed the rock hard bread before I got all the way home or I would have just walked out.

  The new menu is different but still pretty good.
