  Horrible service. I waited about 15min while the lady talked on the phone. She never said it would be a long wait or sorry for waiting. She just waved her hand and continued talking. I eventually walked out. Again horrible service

  I ordered a ham, egg and cheese sandwich off of the menu that states “served all day” along with 3 other sandwiches and 4 drinks, after shopping in the Walmart in which this Subway is located in. Also, I requested guacamole on one sandwich. The sandwiches were placed in the oven for toasting. When we went to our table, we found that the guacamole was put on the wrong sandwich. We decided just to scrape it on to the correct sandwich. Then we discovered we had no egg, just ham and cheese. The egg is in a bin, already cooked, on the line. I went back up and asked for the egg, of which there were about 8 in a metal bin, right in front, and was told that “it isn’t breakfast, we don’t have eggs” I said I ordered off of the “served all day menu” and that the eggs are right there, and can’t you just give me an egg, I’ve already paid for the sandwich, and will pay extra if necessary. Again I was told “it’s too late in the day to be eating eggs” and “they are cold” and they are “not going to heat it up” for me. Well I was with my husband, 94 year old mother, and adult handicapped daughter. My husband and and I are both senior citizens. My daughter really likes eggs. I said I guess I will have to take it cold if you won’t heat it up. So the lady picked it up with a Subway wrapper and gave it to me ice cold. The rest of our sandwiches were fine.
