  Adter getting off amtrack i decided to place a order for a sandwich, and the individual was seated in a chair at the back. When I approached to collect my sandwich, he suddenly began preparing sandwiches that were listed on a piece of paper, which I assume indicates online orders. However, when I arrived, he was merely sitting idle, and out of nowhere, he decided to start making sandwiches for other customers. Meanwhile, I was standing there attempting to retrieve my sandwich, and as a result, he caused me to miss my Uber, leading to a $5 fee for the missed ride. I repeatedly requested that he prepare my sandwich, but he completely disregarded my requests.

  They deserve 0 stars, asked for a black forest ham sandwich and they made turkey instead, even asked if it was ham they were making and they said turkey not caring to get the order right. Took over 20 minutes to get a sandwich because they employees were fighting with each other and cursing. Flys were buzzing around the open condiments too. Worst subway I have ever been in!!! They need to fire all the staff and start over again!!!

  Trying to leave nola to baton rouge via megabus and this employee in subway inside the terminal is completely harassing us while we try to eat. Because of my legit legal service dog. After we showed documentation. Being very confrontational and ultimately throwing us out after we ate, after she approached us several times while we were eating and heckled us. COMPLETLEY ILLEGAL ACCORDING TO THE DAA AND UNPROFESSIONAL
