    Completely unacceptable service. I arrived for a personal Uber Eats pickup, but the staff insisted on treating me like a delivery driver. When I showed my digital receipt, an employee physically touched my phone and submitted a fake 5-star review on my app without my permission. To make matters worse, my food packaging was damaged and my sub had none of the sauces I requested, making it dry and completely inedible. Unprofessional from start to finish.

    Don't Go To This Location!!!!!! The service was rude and very, very disrespectful during lunchtime on a Thursday! I ordered my food in the subway app while my friends were still in line deciding what they wanted. By the time I am done ordering in the app, my friends are wrapping up their order. Mind you, I can hear when the store receives my order because the machine beeps and it prints. After my friends finished ordering it was my turn, and I said to the lady, "My order is the one that you heard go off on your online order machine." This lady tells me I got to wait 15 minutes for my order. Keep in mind no one else is in the store, and she has my order in her hand but refuses to make it! Two other customers walk in, and she starts getting loud with me now and disrespectful all over me for using the Subway app to place my order.

    Today is April 4, 2026, at 12:30 PM. We went in to buy a sandwich, waited for two minutes, stepped out, and then went back inside. The person in charge displayed a terrible attitude—disrespecting customers and telling me she wouldn't serve me, for absolutely no reason. I hope the owner reads this and checks the security cameras because he is losing customers due to this t individual and her attitude. It’s simple: if you don't want to work, then don't work; but doing it grudgingly just drives customers away. I suggest replacing the staff and finding someone with a better attitude and professional demeanor.

    I think lady from Nepal or India - very rude and doesn’t speak proper english and don’t know customer service and need to change staff a not hoing back didn’t even order because of bad experience
