I’ve honestly never had a worse experience at a Subway location. I placed an online order, rode my bike there to pick it up, and there was nowhere outside to lock it—so I brought it inside briefly while grabbing my food.
I had my headphones on, and the second I took them off, the employee behind the counter was already yelling at me to move my bike. Instead of calmly explaining anything, she immediately refused to make my order, waved my receipt in my face, and told me she was calling the cops. Completely escalated for no reason.
I told her to go ahead and call them. I gave my full name, waited over an hour, and when the police arrived, they sided with me and made it clear the situation was being handled irrationally—especially considering I was the only customer there.
To make things worse, she refused to give me a manager’s name or any contact information. Just rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary behavior from start to finish.
I still haven’t received a refund for my online order either.
Avoid this location unless you want to be treated like a problem instead of a paying customer.
