I ordered through the app and picked up in store. Upon arriving, i ordered another sandwich through the app that was for some reason immediately voided, but i had spent my LAST to get a coworker some lunch, as she couldn’t afford it herself. I asked the older gentleman at the counter if he could help, and was met with nothing but RUDENESS AND DISREGARD. I work for the city and eat there all the time, so it’s no reason for him to treat me that way. He didn’t let me explain why I even needed assistance, he simply cut me off and yelled that he had no order, pushing aside my concerns as my money was taken, but I was given no sandwich and no reason as to why it canceled. At that time, a black woman with short hair walked behind him and stood there and gave me the nastiest look, as if to intimidate me. I simply said, God Bless You both, and left. By far the worst subway experience I have ever had, thanks to them.
