Don't waste your time here! I should have followed my shop local mantra but I had to come here to drop off an AT&T modem so while I was here, I decided to get a few documents printed for a meeting I have on Mon. Go elsewhere and get full / real service. They force you to use a kiosk / email service that won't accept zip files. It takes 5 min for the system to send you the code and then you have to manually select each one to print and re-select the settings each time. It took 20 min to print a few single page documents. Horrible experience!
4 stars because one of the ladies wasn't so welcoming. I didn't know how to use the cutting tool and was left to figure it out. The lighter young lady was very professional and explained the services I needed whilst the other one barely knew what equipment was working after I already paid for the service. I specifically went to this location after receiving a recommendation plus reading the bad reviews on the other location. Gave it 4 stars all because of the one young lady who went above and beyond to help me out. The store is tidy, organized and has tools to get any job done
DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING FROM HERE I REPEAT DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING FROM HERE. I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A PACKAGE TO LOS ANGELES FROM A FRIEND IN NEW ORLEANS AND THEY FLAT OUT STOLE IT. THEY KNEW IT WAS INSIDE THE MOMENT THEY WALKED IN TO SHIP IT OUT UNPROFESSIONAL. MY TRACKING NUMBER SAID THAT IT WAS DROPPED OFF, SO ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES INTERCEPTED IT AND FLAT OUT, STOLE IT NOT REALIZING WHAT THEY STOLE.
terribly rude! My package was delayed from the original date quoted. I had to leave town before i could pick it up due to the delay on their end. I asked them to hold the package for an extra day. They refused. Unapologetic and down right rude on the phone.They would rather waste everyones time and money by returning it tio the shipper and forcing me to pay to have it shipped again rather than hold for one addtional day.

Saved the day with a quick turnaround on an emergency print job!! A few thousand pages for IRS Training manuals were needed for a Volunteer event and Sharron (Asst. Manager) immediately jumped to task in a getting these copies executed. Any EA, coordinator or project lead will know what it’s like to have a mini-crisis. Five star service all around. This isn’t the first time FedEx has solved a problem when I needed them.
