  I was in town for a reunion and needed to print several itineraries that I forgot to print ahead of time. For some reason, the printer was not properly aligning my documents. However, Coby was very patient in trying to fix the issue and ended up providing me with a resolution. The entire staff was friendly as I spent a decent amount of time in the office trying to get my documents together. Great experience!

  I came here once but won’t be back because they charge a hotel-imposed fee (~$4) for any outgoing shipments — even if you are using a Fedex account. While I understand that they’re just trying to stay in business, this fee is just too much for me to justify not going to the slightly farther fee-free locations in the CBD.
