  On April 24, 2026, I returned a box with Merrell shoes here, and it was accepted with no extra fees. On April 28, I came back to return Adidas shoes, also in a box, and I was suddenly charged $9, with no clear explanation. This is inconsistent and confusing. Same type of return, same packaging, completely different outcome. Staff could not clearly explain the difference. It honestly feels like this fee was added arbitrarily, possibly to meet some internal sales or packaging targets, rather than based on a clear policy. Please clarify your return policy and make it consistent, because right now it feels arbitrary.

  Every time I enter this location, I am always greeted with a warm smile and welcome. Then they ask me what they can help me with and not only do they help me with the services I need, they make sure everything looks even better than I could've ever imagined. There is no other place I'd go to in New Orleans nor recommend for any printing needs other than this store.

  Fed Ex leaves package in the general area and not to the residents actual door. Packages have been opened and items have been taken. Calling a local FED EX office is a joke along with customer service. I have taken pictures of the driver and the truck number and have told the driver he is to deliver the package to the actual address on the package, and his response is that he was not trained to deliver it that way. When ordering anything, use UPS.
