Shipped out some equipment from a trade show. Carlo was incredibly helping with the packaging process!

It's like they don't even want you to ship things in this store, which is surprising for a company that only ships things. Hope youre ready to essentially be put at a computer to learn how to be a fedex employee.

A bit farther than the St. Charles location, I still visit this location relatively frequently. Parking is easy and the staff is friendly. Very convenient if you’re at the convention center or staying at one of the nearby hotels (e.g. Hyatt Place).

I only drop off preprinted FedEx packages here, but the staff is friendly and the store is moderately clean. Gets a lot of traffic since it's right across the street from the convention center.
