  CARLO was amazing!!!! 🤩 He helped me make a bunch of returns easy and quick, he gave me advice on printing, and he knew all the prices on hand. He answered all of my questions and totally went out of his way to make sure I could get the things I needed. Really went the extra step for my experience there.

  Completely awesome! After a second rate printer and UPS not honoring their “guaranteed 10:30am” delivery I had no options for a poster to be put up IN LESS THAN 1 Hour!!! Calmly, politely they talked me off the ledge, printed the poster and saved the day for me. I’m so appreciative of this team and I will ALWAYS use FedEx from now on here or anywhere!!!

  Customer service I received from Ty was outstanding . I had little complicated situation and he was very patient and understanding. Superb service . Thank you
